⚠️ Pending CAM Signatures

A meal/rest-break penalty was flagged on the time clock. The employee must sign to say they either forgot to clock out or are waiving the break -- if it goes unsigned too long, the store owes them 1 hour of pay.

Pick a template and Apply, or "Servers from 7shifts" to pull that day's scheduled servers (use Tomorrow to build tonight for tomorrow). Then tap a server and tap their tables. Any layout can be saved as a named template for next time.

🧾 Daily Tip-out Sheet

1. Servers β€” from the Z report
Net sales, credit card tips and cash sales per server for this shift. Tip-out = net sales Γ— the rate in section 2, rounded to the penny. Cash owed = CC tips βˆ’ tip-out βˆ’ cash sales: positive is what the house pays the server, negative is what the server turns in.

2. Support staff β€” confirm who worked
Tick who actually worked this shift. Servers tip out the percentages of the roles that are staffed. The weekly tip pool still pays from clock-ins; this is the day's record.
β€”

3. Tip-out by role
Each role's pot for the shift (total net sales Γ— its percent) and the even-split estimate per person ticked above.
Final weekly sheet splits each role's pot by hours clocked; the per-person figures here assume an even split among who's ticked above.
4. Day total β€” lunch + dinner
Both shifts for this date. Confirm each shift on its own; the day line is the sum.

πŸ”§ Report Something Broken

This goes straight to the repair team. Show them the problem β€” a photo or a video, either one β€” because that is how they know what to bring.

Photos and/or a video β€” whichever shows it best. Add as many photos as it takes (up to 8: the whole unit, the broken part up close, the label). Use a video when it's a noise or a movement a still can't carry, and keep it under about a minute.

βœ… Request sent to the repair team
It's in the list below as "Waiting on the repair team", and will update when a technician or a date is set.
