End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the JL Dashboard ("the Dashboard"), an internal business application operated by JL Restaurant Management ("the Company").

1. Authorized use

The Dashboard is licensed for use only by the Company's employees, managers, and authorized contractors, solely for the Company's business operations. Access is granted and revoked by Company administrators. Accounts and credentials may not be shared.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Dashboard only for legitimate Company business.
• Do not attempt to access data or modules beyond your assigned permissions.
• Do not copy, distribute, or disclose Company data outside the Company except as your role requires.

3. Business data and integrations

All business records in the Dashboard, including financial data retrieved from connected services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, are the property of the Company (or its licensors) and are confidential. Use of connected third-party services is also subject to those services' own terms.

4. No warranty

The Dashboard is provided "as is" for internal use. The Company does not warrant that the Dashboard will be uninterrupted or error-free, and figures shown should be verified against source systems for official accounting purposes.

5. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated by the Company at any time, including upon the end of employment or engagement.
